Swatches: Maybelline Eye Studio Hyper Diamonds

Maybelline has launched a new line of  Hyper Diamond Shadow palettes recently. I passed by Watsons this evening and lucky my camera was with me.

There is no doubt that it is a super shiny eyeshadow collection, just like its name "Hyper Diamonds". They launched four shades: Gray (GY-1), Brown (BR-1), Purple (WN-1) and Green (GN-1). I personally love GY-1 more than the rest, the smoky eyes MU shown in the poster looks amazing!

Each palette contains five colors, with different textures:
GY - 1 :

BR - 1:

WN - 1 :

GN - 1:

Swatches:
It was a rush swatch because taking photos in the store should not be allowed.. :S For sure, these swatches were done without any prime..

It was running out of places when I  tried out all those colors on my left hand.. :D

Maybelline also launched a new collection of Mascara: Magnum Volum'express Super Film which comes a free red lash curler .

A question that I've been made curious all these while....I see many makeup bloggers taking pics of the items within the store. Do the staff ever try stopping you? Hahaha I dont know, just thinking out loud.

  12. Hi, Zuuchini, in fact only the top and button two colors are very glittery, the other 3 colors are quite ok. But for most Japanese drugstore eye shadows, almost every color is glittery..

Hi, Rainy Days and Lattes, I searched from the internet, but didn't find any information of this series from maybelline US website.. I'm not sure whether it's only launched in Asian countries..

  13. Hi, Tammy, they are not as pigmented MAC mineral eyeshadows or Japanese drugstore brands, but they are more pigmented than what maybelline eyeshadows used to be.. :D
