I hope this collection would be expanded in the future.

Personally, I did this for a reference for myself to record which duos I've purchased. :D

EOTD - Lunasol Ocean Scene Eyes EX02 Vacation Ocean

I got this palette couple of months ago.
This palette is from the Lunasol 2011 summer collection Ocean Scene Eye.
It's the limited edition, Ex02 Vocation Ocean, many bloggers have already posted this palette last year.

This is the simple look with the palette. 

EOTD:Coastal Scents 88 Eyeshadow Palette－Christmas Tree

Merry X'mas!!!

It's the first time I'm using Coastal Scents 88 eyeshadow palettes though I've bought them for more than 6 months!! They are great palettes for playing colors, because of the large color spectrum. The most important thing is, they are quite cheap, around S$30 each, for 88 colors. But there is a lot of fallout with the majority of these shades, and blending of those shades is not easy. This is the trade off between quality and price.. :D Applying eyeshadow primers would make things much easier..

The colors I used for this EOTD are mainly the variations of green, from kelly green to dark green.

This look was inspired by Christmas tree - variations of green~~

Swatches: Jill Stuart Jewel Crystal Eyes #101 Smoky Quartz

 

Jill Stuart Jewel Crystal Eyes #101 Smoky Quartz is a limited edition of this serious (Crystal Eyes), which was previously restricted to Taiwan market only and now it is available in other areas. I happened to get one from Taiwan (NT1300), which is my first eye shadow palette from Jill Stuart. ^ ^

 

The packaging is as gorgeous as always, which reminders me of my fairytale princess dream when I was a little girl. I love the Jill stuart packaging more than Anna Sui, although their styles are similar.

This quad is mainly a combination of pink and brown, I really love the combination. The highlight color is pinkish white, very pigmented, the liner color is glittery black. The two main colors are light plum pink and brown, maybe mud is more precise.

I've heard some drawbacks regarding the glitter fallout problem, people complains they always end up with glitters all over the face after application. I encountered this problem a bit but it doesn't effect my addiction to JS products, always try to use eyeshadow insurance/primer beforehand or use it wet to minimize the fallout problem.

Swatches - Sisley Sparkling Rhapsody Palette Phyto Star Eyes for Holiday 2010

We were lemming for this Sisley Sparkling Rhapsody Palette for weeks and finally got one from Metro, which costs around 120SGD.

I must admit that I was totally attracted by its metallic "gun metal" case. The packaging is fantastic, when you press the bottom and then the lid flips over. It really looks like a small flip cell phone with a full LCD screen. ^^

Lunasol Summer 2010 Swatches: EX02 Nature Summer Beige

Beach in the summer, with golden sand and soft wind....

I got this Lunasol Nature Summer Beige palette yesterday, it is from Lunasol Summer 2010 collection. It's a natural beige palette with beautiful shimmery, suitable for daily natural look.

Review of Nars Eyeshadow DUO - Kuala Lumpur (Swatches)

I received three palettes of Nars eyeshadow last weekend. Till when I wrote down the names of these three eyeshadows, I just realized they are all named by a city from different country in the world.

Coastal Scents 88 Eyeshadow Palette Haul

I just received my first two Coastal Scents 88 eyeshadow palettes since people have been discussing about it for more than 1 year. There are tons of reviews on mua, blogs, forums and youtube... I'm impressed with the variety of the colors, 88 each palette, such that I have 176 different colors now.. :D

I ordered 2 palettes from the official website.

- The 88 color eye shadow palette, and

- The 88 warm palette

The black plastic casing is quite nice and does not look cheap at all, there is a mirror  attached inside, but the whole palette is just too big and heavy to carry out except professional usage I guess.

Lunasol Eye Shadow Palette GEMINATE EYES 01 Cat's Eye, 05 Ruby

We are big fans of Lunasol cosmetics, though we love NARS as well. :D

Lunasol Geminate Eye Shadow series has been released for almost three years, but eyeshadow palette 01 CE and 05 RB are still very popular now. All of us own at least one of them, especially 01 CE.

Each palette includes a highlighter, medium color, shadow color, eyeliner color and glitter shade (center).The center color has more glitter than the other four, normally we use fingertip lightly apply a bit on the center of the eyelid to enhance the shine.
